Saladin bravely goes to the battlefield to save Börü, who is trapped between enemy lines. Guy and Chatillon attempt to take advantage of this moment to destroy Saladin, but Sultan Nureddin arrives with his army, changing the course of the war and securing victory for the believers. Cairo celebrates the arrival of Sultan Nureddin, who vows to uphold the honor of jihad. In Jerusalem, Lord Guy faces execution by King Amalric for his rebellion. Balian informs him that Chatillon has been dismissed from his post as commander, leading to heightened tensions between Chatillon and Balian. Meanwhile, Mila confesses her love to Selahaddin, who is on the verge of marrying Semse, presenting him with a significant challenge. Jerusalem experiences a significant power shift, raising concerns about future conflicts with the Crusaders.
