为了对付净化邪恶狷狂缺爱者“揭秘高手”，爱吉长官让署长剑崎勇人前往长耳跳跳星的图书馆搜集资料，寻找破解的方法。 负责讲落语的横山气乐先生被邪恶狷狂缺爱者“揭秘高手”变成了缺爱者“没有笑容”，七色空变身爱心巡护光烁和缺爱者“没有笑容”进行战斗，缺爱者“没有笑容”让爱心巡护光烁上台给大家的讲落语。落语（らくご）是日本的传统曲艺形式之一。起源于300多年前的江户时期，无论是表演形式还是内容，落语都与中国的传统单口相声相似。据日本落语家介绍，当时的段子大多来自一本从中国传入的名为《笑府》的笑话集， 后来经过不断发展，落语才演变成为现在这个样子。 爱心巡护光烁成功将缺爱者“没有笑容”净化。众人一起和爱心巡护光烁、横山气乐先生一起拍照留念。
